So how hard is it to make beer? According to www.historyforkids.org: You make beer out of barley, which is a grain like wheat. You just mix barley and water and let it sit, and the natural yeast in the air will turn it into beer. That being said if your water is not clean you can get sick from drinking it. Better leave it to the professionals if you ask me.
